Our firm, Akshaya Jain & Associates, provides consultancy services in architecture, urban design, planning, interior design and construction management. We invest significant time and resources in putting a proposal together, reflective of our eagerness and determination to deliver the best. The Firm's design approach to any project is to develop a solution which is aesthetically pleasant and functionally suitable. Each project is viewed in its locational perspective so that even while planning a state-of-the-art building, it remains justified to its context. Our design aims to achieve economy in construction costs by virtue of efficient space & services planning. Green building features are intrinsic to our design value, in order to minimize financial & environmental impact of the development.

The partners are registered with the Council of Architecture, India, and are Fellows of the Indian Institute of Architects. They are international associate members of the American Institute of Architects and life members of the Institute of Indian Interior Designers as well as the Eastern Regional Organisation for Planning and Housing, Malaysia. We are also registered as consultants with the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. Our firm has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification from the prestigious NorskAkkreditering, Norway, for quality control in our services for architecture, interior design, urban design, planning and construction management.

Akshaya Kumar Jain has more than 40 years of professional experience and established his partnership practice in 1986. After completion of 25 years, the ongoing projects of that erstwhile practice as well as new projects are being carried out by him as M/s Akshaya Jain & Associates, in partnership with Kshitij Jain. Kshitij Jain, with 14 years of professional experience, is proficient in green building technologies and is also an Indian Green Building Council Accredited Professional (IGBC AP).

Projects handled by the partners have been published in various national and international magazines, newspapers, journals, publications, etc. Select projects have also been exhibited in architectural exhibitions in India and in France.
